At DC Discs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase experience. We stand behind all of the products we sell and hold our partnering manufacturers to the highest quality standards. Although we cannot accept returns for used items, should you have any concerns with your merchandise please contact us and we will make it right!
We have a 30 day policy for returns. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Discs that have been thrown or items that have been used cannot be returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred with the return. If we are at fault with the order in any way, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.
Not all products are eligible for a return. Discs sold as "used discs" cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part with the order. Gift cards cannot be returned. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We inspect all returned merchandise prior to approval of a refund.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return shipment. This notification will include the approval or rejection status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
